I booked the flat in 2014 and since then have refused to sign the agreement with Jaycee Homes. This was as a result of one sided clauses in the agreement. For last so many years I have been trying to get the refund but to no avail. Is it better to enter a agreement for allotment or pursue the case as it is ?
This order of RERA will create huge confusion on the rights of lenders... who will lend if someone has to take care of other liabilities created by developers?

This is Sandesh and I have invested 12 Lacs in Bhagtani Sapphire Project in Dahisar 6 years back. Till date there is no communication and now I have found that this Project is not getting through and my money is stuck. Unfortunate decision. RERA authority is weakening itself by not taking spirit of law into account while interpreting law.
