I had signed Builder Buyer Agreement (BBA) in February 2016. I bought X 1804 unit (3 BHK, 1220 Sq Ft) in Aamarpali Adarsh Awas Yojna (AAAY) Tech zone 4, Greater Noida (W). I had made 50% payment (approximately).
But no one is interested to listen my voice since last eight months.

I had booked one unit in subvention plan .paid 10% booking amount % 30% from the bank . Now from April amrapali is not paying the interest of the bank . I am getting continuously reminder from bank. I am continuously writing to Amrapali & investor clinic but no amount has transferred. My unit is amrapali adarsh awash yojna phase iv leisure velly. We should join to file a case against amrapali. I request to make what app group .I want to be a active member of that group.all other projects biyers had made their whatapp group & had file Case.

For a common man it is a dream come true to be able to buy his/her own home. But unfair practices by builders and real estate developers have led to this dream turning into a nightmare. Not only are buyers left feeling anguished and cheated but also very conveniently taken advantage of by these builders.
I on behalf of several buyers of Residential Project Called "Amrapali Adarsh Awas Yojna" (A unit of Amrapali Leisure Valley Pvt. Ltd.) Group Housing Residential Complex being developed at plot no. GH-02, Sector Techzone-IV, Greater Noida, District Gautam Budh Nagar, India have booked the flat in Dec 2015. This project was introduced for Serving / Retired Government Employees by Amrapali and Investors Clinic is the service partner for the execution of this scheme.
40 percent payment has already been collected in the 1st year but construction has not started at all even after 14 months. Apart from this, for the buyers who have bought under subvention scheme, it was mutually agreed upon and written in the agreement that the loan will be taken in buyer's name and monthly interest will be paid on regular basis by Amrapali. Buyer does not have to pay for the loan or its interest till possession is given by Amrapali. But Amrapali has already started to default on the monthly interest part which they are supposed to pay. Now the dues are pending for more than 4 months.
The number of defaults committed by the builders are too many to be listed down. In-spite of paying a high price, the buyers are forced to silently endure unfair practices by the builders. Any resistance to such dominance by the builder is thwarted down mercilessly by the builders enjoying a dominant position in the market. In some cases the builders threaten the resisting buyers to submission and make them helpless.
The money invested for this flat is our hard earned money but builders have taken a long ride on it. We therefore request you to address this problem under the direct supervision of your office and get us and many of our citizen’s relief from the MAFIA of Real Estate Builders of India.
